Founded by Dean Morgan, a qualified Welding Inspector and Welding Supervisor with over 18 years of industry experience, Steel Spec Compliance specialises in third-party welding inspection, welding supervision, WPS and PQR development, welder qualifications, quality assurance, MDR and documentation reviews, and ISO 9001 auditing.

Having worked as both a coded pressure welder and a QA/QC Welding Inspector across structural steel, pressure equipment and major infrastructure projects, Dean understands the practical challenges of fabrication as well as the compliance requirements needed to meet Australian Standards.
